I recently stumbled upon this new trend to decorate Artist Trading Coins. These are 2 1/2″ circles of card which are traded in the same way as the original ATCs. I managed to find a circle die in the correct size and set to cutting circles from white card. Then inspired by the glorious weather we are having at the moment and obviously the stamps I like to use I made several sets of Artist Trading Coins.
In all four sets I have blended three colours of Distress Oxide inks for the backround. I was intending to enter one of the sets into a swap on UK Stampers Forum but I left it too late and couldn’t decide which to part with.
I didn’t leave it too late for this month’s ATC swap, the subject was SUMMER and here are my 3 ATCs which I am swapping. I didn’t have a stamp with flipflops so cut my own design from 2 erasers. The water is just distress oxide ink covered card which I’ve torn and layered.
The school holidays are starting soon so I’m sure I’ll be back to share some crafty projects with my Granddaughters soon but here are some of Isabella’s paintings from earlier this week.
Wonderful! 🙂
